HPSEBL Apprentices Recruitment 2026 Notification Out – Apply for 98 Apprentice Posts
The Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL) has released the HPSEBL Apprentices Recruitment 2026 Notification inviting applications for 98 Apprentice vacancies under the World Bank-aided Himachal Pradesh Power Sector Development Program.
This apprenticeship program is exclusively for eligible female candidates and offers one year of training with a monthly stipend of ₹12,300. Interested candidates possessing B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., CA, ICWA, M.Com, MBA, BCA, MCA, Law, Social Science and other prescribed qualifications can submit their applications via email on or before 13 July 2026.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess the following qualifications according to the discipline applied.

- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD: 5 Years (as per Government rules)
Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹12,300
- Training Period: 1 Year
- No HRA, Medical, Transport or other allowances.
- Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit only.
Weightage:
- Matriculation (10th): 20 Marks
- 10+2 / Diploma: 20 Marks
- Essential Qualification: 60 Marks
Total: 100 Marks
There will be no written examination or interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
